We may collect information you provide directly to us, such as your account details. When you connect your YouTube channel, we access data via the YouTube API Service, including channel analytics, video performance metrics, and public channel information, in a read-only capacity.
We use the information to provide, maintain, and improve our Service, personalize your experience, and communicate with you. Data accessed from the YouTube API is used to power the AI agents and provide you with data-driven insights and recommendations.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with third-party service providers for hosting and analytics, or if required by law. Information obtained from the YouTube API is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Adzaps Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
